Premier jumps to $40.5M as Jordan lots top $10M

Executive summary

August's Premier was the year's largest at the time by both lots and dollars: 629 lots and $40.5M, up 32% from July. The top lot was a 2025 Topps Dynasty Gold Shohei Ohtani MLB Logoman patch auto 1/1 (PSA 9, auto 10) at $1.14M, followed by a 2005 Pokémon EX Deoxys Rayquaza Gold Star in CGC 10 Pristine at $1.02M, the first Pokémon card to clear $1M on Premier this year.

Michael Jordan's 128 lots totaled $10.48M, about a quarter of the auction and the most for any player in a 2026 Premier. A 2026 Topps Chrome B2B MVP Aaron Judge dual Gold Logoman patch auto 1/1 sold for $900K, and a 1952 Topps Mickey Mantle in PSA 6 brought $690K.

The depth grew along with the total: 98 lots sold for $100K or more, up from 60 in July, and the median rose to $31.8K, the highest of the year at the time.
